After your design has been revised and approved, Proctor provides a line item proposal that includes all products and services. Upon contract execution, the production and buy-out phases begin. The lead-time for custom casework and foodservice equipment ranges from 4-8 weeks depending on material selections. Your dedicated Proctor Project Manager visits your renovation site to conduct a detailed site inspection prior to custom fabrication.

The entire package is consolidated in our Colorado facility and shipped to your existing location at a specified date and time, often times work around your continued operations. Our professional installation team meets the delivery and starts the placement of you millwork and equipment. They coordinated with onsite trades, such as electricians, plumbers, data technicians, HVAC sub contractors, and associated vendors. The Installation team expedites the process with seamless turnkey precision and ensures customer satisfaction.

As your theater renovation is completed, the Proctor Customer Services Dept assumes responsibility of your location and provides complete solutions to warranty, replacement parts, and preventive maintenance support.
